Refund policy

Summer by Keile do run an Exchange Only policy.

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 10 days.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Summer by Keile when being returned outside of Bermuda. We suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Reason for exchange 

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Just send us an email summerbykeile@gmail.com

If your size is unavailable after you place an order, you will be given a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This varies between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as this is out of our control.
